Forum and website colors?

What forum and website colors do you find to look nice, look bad, be over used, ect?
I think that a nice purple or black looks nice. I also think that pink tends to look a bit...girly and unappealing to boys so that doesn't work on a multi-sex forum. Also, blue looks nice but is becoming a bit over used.

my current forum's theme is a combination between black and purple. I like this forum's color which is orange because it makes me feel fresh. I also like blue, green, and white. as long as they are not overused, I think they're fine. ^^

My forum has a several different themes, but the main one right now is black and orange with white.
