How do you hire staff?

Simple: How do you hire your staff?

Go to advertising forums and find staff.

I look for skillful trustworthy people who wont be inactive.

I hire people who have a lot of posts, active and I can trust.

I only hire people who have been already at my boards long enough, I pay attention to their reputation, post contest and how much I feel I can trust them with power. I usually test the skills they say to have in some kind of contest to choose the top 3 candidates or something. At least that is what I did last time.

I am terrified of giving the power to someone who hasn't been on the boards before so I can barely know how much she or he is going to care.

Look for those people who are skilled in that work like a active poster is enough for a packager

and also you can go to advertising site and call people to your site and make them friends and when you have trust on them then you can make them staff

Trust and hard-work and Activeness are the main things needed in a staff member

I post my staff application thread in few places, advertising forums, and I also contact few persons I know that might be capable of doing so. I'm not very picky, and it can be interpreted good and bad. usually I accept them by looking at their example works, or I just accept them and see how they're doing. based on the level of their mistakes, I can judge their true intention of helping me as a staff or not.

I agree with Kaynil. I only want long time posters, people that deeply care about the site and want it to grow to it's max.

I hire staff by people who I'v known for awile and actualy know that they will be active 24/7.
