When is a forum considered a success to you?
When do you consider a forum a success? WHen it reaches a post amount or member amount etc.
Re: When is a forum considered a success to you?
having loads of members and posts might be considered as a success, but the true success for me is when the members frequently (possibly, daily) come and visit and post around, enjoy and have fun in the community. it doesn't have to be loads of members, but as long as everyone enjoys to be there, it's already great enough.

For me it is a success when there is a bit of a...family like group there, who to outsiders looks like a very friendly community who they would want to join. The amount of posts does not matter, nor the amount of members to me.

for me the success of a forum, is when each member cooperates to one another, and there's no rule violated, a violation free zone ^_^
